Air Nation Sun Peaks is the 1st and 2rd Slopestyle stops of the Air Nation Freestyle Tour.
Air Nation Sun Peaks brings together the best freestyle snowboarding athletes in North American to compete in 2 Slopestyle events over two days.
 
Patrick Jarvis, Executive Director of Canada Snowboard, is excited to have a World Class event grace the slopes of Sun Peaks Resort.

Sun Peaks Resort

Sun Peaks is a four season resort community located in the interior of British Columbia. With the addition of two, new alpine ski zones, it now ranks as the second largest ski area in Canada. The award winning resort design features three mountains surrounding an intimate ski-in, ski-out village filled with shops, restaurants and hotels. Guests enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding and Nordic skiing in the winter. In other seasons, Sun Peaks offers a diverse range of leisure activities including 18 holes of golf on B.C.’s highest golf course, both downhill and cross country mountain biking, lift accessed alpine hiking as well as numerous concert events and festivals. Sun Peaks can be accessed by two airport gateways - Kamloops (45 minutes) and Kelowna (2.5 hours) and also by car; only a four hour drive separates Sun Peaks and Vancouver, B.C.

Rockstar Energy Terrain Park at Sun Peaks Resort

Boasting a top to bottom 10 acre terrain park serviced by the Sundance Express chairlift, park laps have never been easier. Featuring three distinct zones, beginner, intermediate and expert and over 50 fine-tuned features, we’ve got you covered with jumps, rails, boxes and fun urban hits including Kamloops inspired street rails and our epic jump line featuring 9 jumps, including our legendary 50 footer! Our dedicated Terrain Park Crew, Snowmakers and Groomers allow us to open the park early, keep the corduroy fresh and update the layout with new features to keep you coming back for more.
