COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

Canada Snowboard will provide CGL Insurance to all member Clubs (through the Canadian Snowsports Association 'CSA's' Policy) provided that member clubs:

1. Have an up to date Canada Snowboard/PTSA Club Membership

2. Agree to follow the Canada Snowboard Pan-Canadian Policy Club Sanctioning Policy and in addition;

3. Agree to following the Canadian Snowsports Association's (CSA) Risk Management Manual. 

4. Agree to following the Canadian Snowsports Association's (CSA) Dryland Training Facility's Policies (Trampoline, Air Bag, Water Ramps)

CGL Insurance is valid from July 1st to June 30th of each year. It is valid only during Canada Snowboard Sanctioned Activities.
