Online registration is recommended and closes at midnight on January 12th, 2020.
Onsite registration is limited to space availability and closes at 2:00PM on January 13th, 2020.
Onsite registration will be provided at the Event Office.
International Athletes Notice
To confirm your registration, the Event Organizers MUST receive a written confirmation from your National Snowboard Association confirming that you are in good standing, prior to your arrival at the event. The confirmation letter can be submitted by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Competitors must meet the following age limit in order to compete (FIS Rule 2011.3) and be members of the respective National Snowboard Associations (Canadian Athletes must hold a valid Provincial/ Territorial Advanced Competitor Membership and SAIP Insurance)
and Must be 13 years of age as at December 31, 2019.
In order to receive FIS points, competitors must hold a valid FIS License
prior to the Team Captains Meeting scheduled before the Event.
Canadian athletes can purchase Provincial/Territorial Advanced Competitor Membership

and FIS license online under Member Services.

Athlete/Coach Sign In
All participating athletes and coaches are required to Sign In at the Event Office, to confirm registration and to complete mandatory Sun Peaks Special Event Waivers.
Note: Sun Peaks Special Event Waivers must be signed in person by participate and if required parent or legal guardian (coach) for athletes under 19.
Canadian Coaches Registration
All Canadian coaches at events must register and meet the Canadian Minimum Coach Certification Standards.

Any refund of Event Registration Fee requires the approval BC Snowboard Association Executive Director.

The following are viable reasons for permitting Event Registration Fee refunds:
- Event cancellation or date/location changes
- Injury sustained prior to event training, preventing participation in event (must be confirmed with doctor’s note)
- Exceptions: hardship special circumstances require the prior approval of BC Snowboard Associations Executive Director
Refunds for cash or cheque transactions must be refunded by cheque.
Credit card refunds must be processed via card transaction credit.
Membership, SAIP Insurance and FIS license fees are not refundable.
Lift Tickets are not refundable.
Lift Tickets for training and competition days will be offered at 40% discount.
Vouchers will be provided at Sign In and will be purchased at Guest Services.
Lift Tickets will be comped based on 5 athletes to 1 coach pass.
Coaches not qualifying for comp pass will receive 40% discount voucher.
