Registration Deadline

Online registration for ALL events will close on Saturday March 1st 2020.
Onsite registration must be completed in the event office, at least, 1h prior to the TC Meeting

International Athletes Notice

In order to confirm your registration, the Event Organizers need to receive a written confirmation from your National Snowboard Association confirming that you are in good standing, prior to your arrival at the event.  The confirmation letter can be submitted by email to: wnargevpugre@bagnevbfabjobneqref.pn 
Note: A valid FIS License is required to register.


Competitors must meet the following age limit in order to compete:
NORAM-SR Nationals PGS/PSL    15 years old by December 31, 2019  * FIS License/SAIP-Required
FIS-JR Nationals PGS/PSL              15 years to 19 years old by December 31, 2019  *FIS License/SAIP-Required
Youth U15 - non FIS                        Under 15 years old as of Dec. 31st, 2019 *Compete License Required
Non FIS 15+                                      15+ years old as of Dec 31st 2019 * Compete License Required
**Please note that Youth and Non-FIS events will have multiple age categories
Competitors must also hold a valid FIS License (just those competing at FIS sanctioned events).  Canadian athletes can purchase FIS license, SAIP insurance and Provincial or Territorial Snowboard Association Membership before registering through your Provincial or Territorial Association.

Canadian Coaches Registration

All Canadian coaches at events must register and meet the Canadian Minimum Coach Certification Standards.
To ensure you fully understand the certification requirements, review the Coach Minimum Standards Policy.
COACHES REGISTRATION will be available December 1st, 2019

Refund Policy 

Event Registration Fee refunds require the approval Snowboard Ontario Executive Director.
Request for refund must be submitted by email to: wnargevpugre@bagnevbfabjobneqref.pn
Please find the Canada Snowboard Refund Policy HERE.
The following are viable reasons for permitting Event Registration Fee refunds:
  • Event cancelation or date/location changes
  • Injury sustained prior to event training, preventing participation in event – must be confirmed with doctor’s note.
Exceptions: hardship special circumstances require the prior approval of Snowboard Ontario Executive Director
Refunds for cash or cheque transactions must be refunded by cheque.
Credit card refunds must be processed via card transaction credit.
Lift Tickets are not refundable.        

Lift Ticket

Lift tickets are NOT included in the registration fee and will be available via purchase at registration daily.
Athlete Lift Tickets:            
  • 1 Day Ticket $44.00 + HST
Coaches Lift Tickets: Only coaches that are registered will be provided with complimentary lift ticket to coach (ratio 6:1)

Nationals Banquet

The Nationals Banquet/Opening Celebration will take place at the Village Conference Centre on Sunday March 1st, 2020 at 6pm. 

The Banquet ticket is included in the athlete registration. Guests are welcome and tickets will be available for $35+Hst after December 1st, 2019 online.
