Nomination Form for Election to the Board of Directors

We welcome your nomination for election to the Board of Directors of The Canadian Snowboard Federation (D.B.A Canada Snowboard). There are currently four (4) positions available for election for a two-year term and one (1) position available for election for a one-year term. These five (5) positions will join the three (3) existing directors to form the eight (8) elected directors. Of these eight, there will be four officers elected by the directors as per the Canadian Snowboard Federation (CS) general bylaws. Please see section #5 for these four officer positions and their associated responsibilities. 

The deadline to submit your application is September 22nd, 2017. Before applying for the Canada Snowboard Board of Directors, please read the CS Board Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations here.

The information on this Nomination Form is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Section 26). The information provides the basis for determining suitability for election to the Board of Directors. Please describe why you are interested in being a director of CS and why you should be considered a qualified candidate for the position. Please include relevant knowledge and skill sets.
