Registration Deadline

Online registration will close at midnight on January 16th, 2026.  There will be no in person registration.

International Athletes Notice

In order to confirm your registration, the Event Organizers need to receive a written confirmation from your National Snowboard Association (FIS Entry Form) confirming that you are in good standing, prior to your arrival at the event.  The entry form from your NSA must be submitted by email to: opfabj@gryhf.arg. International Athlete Registration Link (Select International membership from BC Snowboard Membership List to be able to register).

*Please note to register as an international competitor or coach, you will need to select International membership from BC Snowboard Membership List. 

Note:  A valid FIS License is required to register. 

Eligibility

Competitors must meet the following age limit in order to compete:

SBX - 15 years+ by December 31, 2025

Competitors must also hold a valid FIS License. Canadian athletes can purchase FIS license, SAIP insurance and Provincial or Territorial Snowboard Association Membership before registering through your Provincial or Territorial Association.

Lift Tickets

Athletes: Lift tickets for training and competition days will be offered at a 50% discount. This discount is strictly restricted to SPEED NATION SBX athletes participating in this event at Sun Peaks Resort. All tickets will be cross-checked against athlete registration, if you are not a registered athlete your ticket will be cancelled. 

Coaches: Lift tickets will be comped based on 5 athletes to 1 coach pass. Coaches not qualifying for comp pass will receive 50% discount. 

Details on how to purchase lift tickets will be provided to the clubs and coached of registered athletes.

CANADIAN COACHES REGISTRATION

This is a NorAm level Event. Refer to Scope of Practice. Canadian coaches, you must be Comp Dev Certified to attend as per the Scope of Practice. Please reach out to Craig Renwick: pbnpuerajvpx@tznvy.pbz to discuss your coaching pathway if you do not meet this requirement

REFUND POLICY

Event entry fee refunds require the approval of BC Snowboard Executive Director. Request for refund must be submitted by email to: opfabj@gryhf.arg

Lift tickets, Membership, SAIP, and FIS fees are non-refundable
