What is the Officials Clinic?

Have you ever wanted to experience officiating and being an officials with events, from Grassroots to World Cups? Have you ever wanted to better understand the pathway to helping support local community events, or even been curious into the steps to becoming a FIS Technical Delegate?

This officials clinic, currently a Level 2+3 target, will expose officials to a higher level of the formats, rules, scheduling, and venues of most disciplines, including Alpine, Snowboard Cross, Rail Jams, Slopestyle, Big Air, and Para Banked Slalom. Participants will work over 2 days with a facilitator, the first day will include discussing venue needs for each discipline, competition rules, formats, and more. The second day will provide hands-on learning experience working with a Banked Slalom event to practice the skills learned in Day 1. Participants will get to work through a variety of officials placements and event disciplines.
