Registration Deadline

ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY - NO DAY OF REGISTRATION PERMITTED
Online registration for all competitions will close on February 16, 2026.

Registration is limited to 25 women and 60 men athletes.

International Athletes Notice

International athletes inc. USA athletes MUST have a formal FIS entry document submitted by the NSO (inc. coach information), for eligibility, in conjunction with completion of the online registration (link above).

The FIS entry document must be submitted to: events@albertasnowboarding.com in advance of February 16th, 2026.

Eligibility - FIS Competitions

Competitors must be 13 years of age as of December 31, 2025.

Athletes must be active, members in good standing with their member club, PTSA and Canada Snowboard in advance of event registration.

All competitors MUST hold a valid FIS License before the first Team Captains Meeting (TCM).

All athletes must be represented by a coach at all relevant Team Captains Meetings - NO exceptions.

Canadian athletes can purchase Provincial/Territorial Advanced Membership, SAIP Insurance and FIS license online under Member Services HERE. 

Waiver

All athletes must complete the event waiver before the first Team Captains Meeting. The waiver can be found via the registration link on Snowreg.

COACHES REGISTRATION

Canadian Coaches Standards

All Canadian coaches at events must register and meet the Canadian Coaching Certification Standards. Coaches must also be members in good standing with a current coach license with Canada Snowboard. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please, review and understand the standard requirements.

International Coaches

International Coaches must fulfill their NSO’s coaching certification standards, and be included on the formal FIS entry submitted for the competition. 

For the competition, coaches must obtain a Canada Snowboard Membership (FREE), and complete the competition registration (all through the Registration Link provided immediately below).

Lift Tickets

Athletes: CAD $57.00 (plus tax) per day, purchased at guest services
Coaches: 2 passes per team complimentary. Coaches MUST be icluded on registration for lift pass access.

WinSport advanced terrain park season pass - valid for competition.

Canada West passes accepted.

Lift ticket purchase is required for all training and competition days. Resort’s liability waivers must be completed in advance of participation (training/competition).

REFUND POLICY

Event Registration Fee refunds require the approval of the Executive Director of Alberta Snowboard and will only be considered if requested in advance of the 1st Team Captain Meeting (February 19th, 2026)

Request for refund must be submitted by email to events@albertasnowboarding.com.

Any refunds issued will incur credit card transaction fees charged to the cardholder.

Membership, SAIP insurance and lift tickets are NOT refundable.
