Overview

The NCCP CSCP program is delivered locally by Coach Developers called 'Learning Facilitators' and evaluation/certification is handled by 'Coach Mentor/Evaluators'. 

These person's are trained by our National 'Master Coach Developers'

  • Coach Assessment Form (Evaluator must be assessed by 3 coaches they have evaluated)
  • Self-Assessment (to be completed by the evaluator being evaluated)
  • Summary of assessments (to be completed by the MCD)
• Coach Evaluator Evaluation Tool (dor the MCD to use during the debrief)

Master coach developers in training

Uses the same guides and evaluations forms as LF and Coach Mentors training for micro facilitation and co delivery listed above

• MCD Evaluation Tool (for formal observation / evaluation of content specific training)
• MCD Portfolio submission
  • Self assessment
  • Co-Delivery assessment: Feedback from two coach developers they have co-delivered with
  • Mentor assessment: Feedback from two coach developers they have mentored
  • Evaluation assessment: Feedback from two coach developers they have evaluated
  • Organization assessment: To be evaluated by a certified MCD
  • Summary of assessment: To be evaluated by a certified MCD
