A product of Saguenay, QC, Océane Fillion transitioned from her skies to a snowboard at the age of 6 knowing it looked really, really fun.  Inspired by Spencer O’Brien, Océane continues to push her own limits with the sights of representing Canada in Slopestyle and Big Air in future Winter Olympics. One of her favourite memories was being with the NextGen snowboard team in Perisher resort in Australia and being able to snowboard in August and be amongst the kangaroos. Snowboarding has taught Océane persistence pays when you don’t give up. When you finally land that trick you have been working so hard for the feeling in that moment of landing is the best reward. Look to Océane to be in the game for a long time as she has a rooted passion to learn, have fun and help the sport progress.
