Registration Deadline

NORAM:All online registration will close at 6PM on February  7th . All on-site registration must be done 

It will be possible to confirm your registrations in person at the race office between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on February 8, 2022.

TC MEETING AND COACHES

All TC meetings will be virtual. All coaches must register online in order to be able to attend the TC meeting, receive the connection links and benefit from the preferential rate on the lift ticket. To register click here

 

 

International Athletes Notice

In order to confirm your registration, the Event Organizers need to receive a written confirmation from your National Snowboard Association confirming that you are in good standing, prior to your arrival at the event.  The confirmation letter can be submitted by email to: rirarzragf@dhrorpfabjobneq.pn

 

Note:  A valid FIS License is required to register. Canadian athletes can purchase Provincial Territorial Snowboard Association membership, SAIP insurance and FIS under Member Services clicking HERE

 

Eligibility

Competitors must meet the following age limit in order to compete:
 
PGS           15 years+ (born before December 31, 2006)
 
Competitors must also hold a valid FIS License.  Canadian athletes can purchase FIS license, SAIP insurance and Provincial Membership before registering through your Provincial or Territorial Snowboard Association.

Coaches Registration

All Canadian coaches at events must register and meet the Canadian Minimum Coach Certification Standards.

Refund Policy

Event Registration Fee refunds require the approval Quebec Snowboard Association Executive Director and follow the FIS NorAM Cup Refund Rules (Section B, NAC 7).
 
Request for refund must be submitted by email to: rirarzragf@dhrorpfabjobneq.pn

Refunds for cash or cheque transactions must be refunded by cheque.
Credit card refunds must be processed via card transaction credit.
Lift Tickets are not refundable.  

 

COVID 19

To help us deliver safe events that meet the health standards issued by government authorities, please read carefully and respect the measures below that will be in effect in all 2021-2022 events with Quebec Snowboard:

Vaccination passport (or vaccination proof for athletes coming from outside Quebec) must be presented for all 13 years old and older people who will have access to the controlled environment (inside and outside)

A verbal validation of your health status will be done verbally each morning (athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers). IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS, STAY HOME AND ADVISE US.

 No spectators gathering or any social activity is permitted

Each athlete 12 years old and under may be accompanied by one (1) parent / tutor. Gathering around the finish area is prohibited for everyone. 

When you arrive at the race office, we ask for your cooperation in order to limit the number of people inside.

Physical distance of 1m and the wearing of mask will be required during your visit at the race office

You must register 48 hours prior to the event, there will be no on site registration

You will receive an email communication 48 hours before the start of the event to inform you of the latest details and health measures specific to the event, please read it carefully.

Sanitary measures will be put in place in each station visited, please read them and respect them. 

For athletes arriving from outside Quebec, health measures in force in Quebec apply. For more information, you can consult the Canada Snowboard vaccination policy.

Lift Ticket

Athletes: Discounted lift tickets for training and competition will be offered. You will be able to buy your lift ticket directly from customer service and present registration proof.
 
Adults: 45$ + taxes / day
Children: 30$ + taxes / day (18 and under)
 
 
Coaches: All coaches must purchase a valid lift ticket. They will be able to get the discounted lift ticket. You will be you will be able to buy your lift ticket directly from customer service and present a registration proof.
