Canada Snowboard alongside our Provincial / Territorial Associations (PTSAs) run all sanctioned Snowboard events and programs in Canada. Together, we create pathways that are designed to help you reach your goals within snowboarding.
From being a grassroots shredder with with local community, to becoming a professional competition snowboarder; building your career in coaching; to officiating / judging and volunteering within the sport or simply becoming a ‘supporter’ member to support the systems which make competition snowboarding in Canada possible; there is an option for everyone to get involved in the sport!

*Memberships and add-on licenses are annual and commence July 1 - expire June 30.
* All Snowboarders are required to register and be a member of their Provincial/Territorial Snowboard Association to participate in ANY sanctioned Canada Snowboard activities.
* Your registration includes liability insurance to train, be coached, be part of a club and compete. It DOES NOT include supplementary medical insurance – this is Sport Accident (SAIP) insurance which can be purchased separately with your membership.

To be the best we need to work as a team. The team that goes to the Olympics every four years is only a small part of the much larger team that put in the countless hours to get them there. Each and every rider in Canada is needed to push the level of the sport in our country so that the ones who come out at the top of that pyramid are not only the best in Canada but also the best in the world.
To build the best we need to build and train on the best facilities, work and train with the best coaches, build and host the best events, hire and educate the best IST staff, strength and conditioning coaches and so on. The list is long and to be the best every little extra piece helps to give our team that little bit extra in order to be the world’s best.
This is where you come in. Canada Snowboard gets well looked after by its funding partners but every dollar we raise through Government funding and Sponsorship goes straight back into building the programs for the athletes. If we are to be able to go that step further, we and our Provincial and Territorial Snowboard Associations (PTSA) need your help.
