Crystal Globes crowned & double Victory for Lisa Dejong & Tyler Turner, Massie and Hamel find Silver at Welcome to Paradise Para SBX World Cup presented by Swatch & Toyota

Under the bluebird skies and warm temperatures it was a picture perfect setting which rang true to the Welcome to Paradise Para SBX World Cup presented by Toyota and Swatch here at Big White Ski Resort.

On the first of two SBX races, Canada’s Lisa Dejong and Tyler Turner took the victory on the 8 corner course. Canadian teammate's Alex Massie took home the silver and Sandrine Hamel landed in 4th.

On day 2 of the Welcome to Paradise Para World Cup presented by Toyota and Swatch where the second para snowboard cross race commenced...

Canadians Lisa Dejong took home gold, and Sandrine Hamel slid into silver. On the men's side Tyler Turner took home another gold, and Canadian teammate Alex Massie found silver.

The coveted crystal globes were awarded at the end of the event to Tyler Turner and Lisa Dejong for the 2021/2022 season, to recognize an incredible display of performance and consistency. Crystal globes recognize the top point earners of each season.
