His attitude and coaching expertise could not be any better, he's easy to work with and has evolved our Halfpipe program in the last few years. From the veteran Derek landing on 2 podiums and a 7th at World Championships last year, to getting the Rookies working out consistently in the gym and on international podiums at the Rev Tour and Jr World Championships.
