Over 100 of the World’s most elite snowboarders from 20 nations competed at the LG Snowboard FIS World Cup at WinSport Canada’s Canada Olympic Park in Calgary. The event hosted World Cup Halfpipe and for the first time ever, World Cup Slopestyle, with $100,000 to pay out to the winners.

CANADIAN TEAM:
The Canadian National Team gets some of their best results when competing on home soil, and will be out in full force for the Calgary World Cup. The team brought home 27 medals in the 2008-09 season, and have already won over 20 World Cup medals this season!
