How will the purchasing of tickets from Canada Snowboard work?

• All tickets will be sold via Canada Snowboard Friends and Family website.
• Tickets can only be purchased by credit cards (VISA or Mastercard).
• Credit cards will only be processed once your order has been confirmed. Remeber that your order is not a purchase unless you have received the confirmation email. Please be patient as it can take a few week before we proccess your order.
• If the athlete you are supporting does not qualify for the 2010 Olympic Games, the tickets you purchased will not be reimbursed ( with the exception of Men's Halfpipe and SBX).
• Kids older than 2 years at Games time will need a ticket
• Tickets will not be sent by mail but will be available at a will call. The location will be announced in January 2010 and will be communicated by email.
