B TICKET REFUNDS
We are still waiting for details from VANOC on the procedure for Friends & Family B Ticket refunds for those of you who cancelled your trip to Vancouver or did not end up going to Cypress for the competitions. Note that there will not be refunds for people who received replacement Grandstand tickets.

Our B Tickets will be refunded in a different way because as a National Sport Federation, we purchased the tickets in a block versus through the public lottery system. We will be in touch with B ticket holders directly once we get the details from VANOC. You will need to submit the actual B ticket for a refund.

Ripzone has a limited number of Olympic Team Jackets still available for sale – mostly the Men’s Black Downfill ‘Coaches’ Jacket in sizes M-XXL ($120) and the Women’s White 3-ply Shell Jacket in M-XL ($130). FRIENDS & FAMILY MEDIA TRAINING
You can find on this website a presentation about media training, which we feel could be valuable to you. As the Games approach, media will start to contact families and friends with questions. This guide has been compiled to provide you with some tips and guidance during this process.
