Dominique Maltais

Bronze medalist at the 2006 Olympic Winter Games, Dominique Maltais is a race machine with a strong determination to always come out on top. With a podium performance at the 2011 FIS Snowboard World Championships – the same season she won the prestigious FIS Crystal Globe – Maltais is back this season to defend her title. Next year, when the FIS Snowboard World Championships come to her hometown of Quebec, don’t be surprised to see Maltais on top. Daughter of the Mayor of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Dominique is firefighter by trade and recently found the passion of kite surfing.
